CCPA Priorities: Program Shifts, Tackling Data Subject Rights Requests and Vendors

Certain CCPA compliance tasks are best tackled as soon as possible, if not already. The first article in our series on CCPA priorities, which published in June, before the amendments and draft regulations were issued, explores recommended privacy program goals in light of the CCPA, how to make the case for a holistic approach to implementation and why detailed compliance work should be ongoing. The second article focuses on how companies should prepare for the law’s requirements on vendor management and data subject rights requests.
